Reiki Training
Many clients I have worked with that have discovered the benefits of Reiki, choose to enroll in my Reiki Training. This allows them to establish a personal practice by giving themselves Reiki treatments, which not only aids in restoration but also fosters self-awareness, helping them gain insights into their thoughts, reactions, patterns, and emotions.
Some are motivated to learn Reiki for various reasons, such as supporting their physical healing, assisting family, enhancing their vitality, or exploring energy work and personal growth. Each person's unique reasons for learning Reiki make the experience special for both the teacher and the student. Often, it is in the personal experience of Reiki that encourages individuals to seek out how to learn it.
Their self-practice creates a sanctuary of peace and nourishment, a space they return to daily as they navigate life. While they can continue to receive Reiki from a qualified practitioner, it’s important to remember that no one is meant to navigate their journey alone; we all benefit from the support and guidance of others along the way.

The Usui Method is divided into four levels, each enhancing the practitioner's skills.

Level 1: Shoden (First Degree)
Shoden introduces the basics of Reiki, including its history, hand positions, and methods for self-healing and healing others.

Shinpiden, the Master Level, includes the Master symbol for enhanced healing and may prepare practitioners to teach Reiki.
